We’ll begin with a guided visit to a family-run olive oil mill in Viver, where you’ll stroll through the groves, learn about traditional and modern production methods, and savor a tasting of exceptional extra virgin olive oils, paired with homemade and locally produced foods. Because our visit takes place during the olive harvest season, there’s a possibility of seeing the olive oil production process in action.
