REGISTRATION: There is no cost for this event. However, space is limited, and registration in advance is required. Registrants will be emailed the Clinic’s consent form before the event, which must be read and signed (virtually is fine) and emailed to the coordinator, Missy Anobile, mjanobile@gmail.com.
Cancellations: If you must cancel, please do so at least 48 hours in advance so we can fill your spot and obtain the signed consent form before the event.
