About The Event
Pinar, a native of southeastern Turkey, has taught cooking classes throughout two decades living in Seattle (USA). With a language teaching background in her home country, she found a remedy for her longing and homesickness by blending her desire to cook her mother’s recipes with her teaching skills. Pinar will demonstrate how to cook the following dishes by engaging the participants in the process. We will wine and dine at the end of the class and have a chance to learn more about her fascinating country and background.
