About The Event
The Spanish Civil War (1936 – 1939) had a lasting impact on Valencia, which served as the accidental seat of the Republican Spanish government during the war and endured more than 400 bombardments over the course of three years. David, our wonderful English-speaking guide from Ars Magna, will talk about the many aspects of the Civil War in Valencia, including its impact on the Valencian people and their way of living. We will walk to the various significant buildings, air-raid shelters, and bombardment sites such as the Torres.
Although much of the tour is wheelchair accessible, it may be difficult at times for those with limited mobility.
