Real Estate Clinic, August 2024
Register individually or as a couple on the IWCV website, and each registrant will be contacted to choose their time slot in order of registration. Each session is limited to approximately 15 minutes, with a maximum of 8 sessions per date.
As a real estate expert, IWCV member Rebecca Cabo is making herself available to individuals and couples who would like her expertise to answer basic questions. The Real Estate Clinic is an opportunity for you to book a time to meet and discuss some of your basic real estate needs and concerns. The questions are to be primarily about renting or buying residential real estate in Valencia. Topics can range from understanding basic rental contracts to going through the buying process. The clinic is meant to be informational. Complex or legal questions cannot be answered during this time.

LOCATION: SpacesCabo office Plaza Rodrigo Botet 1, Door 1, (near Federal Café, and across from the Only You Hotel). No elevator, there is one flight of stairs.

WHO CAN ATTEND: IWCV Members, Members’ Partners/Spouses. Fellows of the IWCV, and Out-Of-Town Guests
