May Luncheon

Bistronomía Laurel is a lovely Mediterranean bistro that specializes in the fusion of Mediterranean flavors of Spain and the cuisine of Lebanon. Their dishes highlight the freshest ingredients from the land, the sea, and the garden. Today we will have a three course women’s only lunch. We begin with your choice of starter: Ensaladilla Rusa (a potato based salad with mediterranean flavors); Carpaccio de Calabacín (thinly sliced Zucchini [Courgette] marinated in flavorful spices); Coliflor Frita (fried cauliflower); or Puntilla con mayo de la casa (Squid with homemade mayonnaise). We then have a choice of main course: Arroz Meloso de Calamar en su tinta (Calamari Sticky Rice in squid ink); Bacalao confitado con verduras a la parrilla (Candied Codfish with grilled vegetables); or Pechuga de Pollo crujiente con patatas (Crunchy Chicken Breast with potatoes).
