June Luncheon

It’s been a few years since we visited our favorite Greek restaurant, and now that the weather is perfect for eating outdoors, we decided it’s time to return to Thalassa – Sabores de Grecia! Your partner/spouse and Fellows of the IWCV are welcome to join us as we eat family style with excellent home-cooked food lovingly prepared by the family of our host Vasilis, who provides us with a sampling of the typical flavors of Greece. 

Our shared starters include Pililia (Greek dips), Dolmadakia (stuffed grape leaves), Kolokithokeftedes (zucchini fritters with Feta), Xoriatiki (traditional Greek salad), followed by our main course (Moussaka, of course!) or if you prefer, you can have a vegetarian main (Spanakopita – classic Greek spinach pie). All of of this is followed by a sampling of delicious Greek desserts. The price is €25 per person and includes a drink of your choice (wine, beer, soft drink).

Cancellation Procedure: If you must cancel, please email pres.iwcvalencia@gmail.com so that we can replace you from a waitlist. If you cancel your place for any reason and we cannot replace you from a waitlist, you will be charged the full price of the meal if we are charged. Thank you for understanding.
