Lori and Robert Sandoz opened Bruno’s in January of 2025 with the idea of creating an inviting place to build a community for all, dogs included. Hence the name Bruno’s, named after their beloved dog, the face of the restaurant. The focus is on American style sandwiches with a flair! The idea is to always prepare fresh, homemade foods with the best quality ingredients.
