Today we will enjoy an impressive Spanish/Asian Fusion Degustación, served family style at Taberna La Mora.

There is no need to order your menu choices in advance; we will all get to try everything! Every 3 people will start by sharing Ensalada La Mora (spinach, bacon, pinenuts, slices of parmesan cheese in a delicious mustard vinaigrette dressing), then move on to Rollo Estilo Vietnamita (a Vietnamese spring roll with smoked salmon, mixed greens, sriracha mayonnaise and a ginger saude).
