Kundalini yoga is an ancient practice perfect for modern people. Sometimes called the Yoga of Experience, it efficiently alters our mental, emotional, and physical patterns to restore balance, serenity, clarity, relaxation, health, and expand our consciousness. And as such, it’s a bit of a journey. Each session incorporates physical exercise, conscious breathing, and mantra in order to calm the body and facilitate relaxation and meditation.
