About The Event

Chef Instructor Amanda Cushman has been teaching culinary arts for over thirty years and was trained in New York City at the Institute of Culinary Education. This hands-on cooking class is open to all levels. Please bring a cutting board, apron, and chef’s knife (6" in or larger). You must be able to stand for 1-1/2 to 2 hours. Following the class, we will serve a complete lunch with the dishes we prepare.


The menu: Sweet & Spicy Sticky Chicken, Coconut Sesame Rice, and Mediterranean Marinated Shrimp with Bulgur Salad.
