DESCRIPTION:After a COVID-induced hiatus, the IWCV is thrilled to bring back our series of guided cultural tours with our excellent English-speaking guide David from Ars Magna. On this tour, David will introduce us to El Patriarca, also known as Real Colegio Seminario de Corpus Christi. Founded in 1583, El Patriarca had as its main mission to train priests according to the spirit and provisions of the Council of Trent, becoming the paradigm of the Counter-Reformation in Valencia. It was declared a National Monument in 1962.

MEETING LOCATION AND TIME TO MEET: 10:30am at Plaza del Patriarca (Calle la Nau 1, between Carrer de Salvá& Carrer dels Llibrers), in front of the fountain.
COSTS: €11 per person (cash only, payable on the day. Please bring exact change)
WHO CAN ATTEND: Members, their partners/spouses and out-of-town guests. Minimum 16 persons; maximum 20 persons.
