David Calderón Medina is a sommelier who graduated from the Escuela Superior de Hostelería de Sevilla. He has worked as an advisor for wine importers in Mexico and served as consul for the Wine Tasting Group of Internations, Valencia chapter. He was a partner at the Grand Cru Valencia wine bar.
