February Luncheon

We are continuing our culinary journey at February’s IWCV luncheon with the delicious cuisine of Cuba right here in Valencia. La Perla de la Habana serves authentic, old-fashioned, home-made Cuban food. The chef has prepared a delicous tasting menu for us, so that we can sample the best of the flavors of Cuba. We will have Carne de Cerdo Asada (roast pork Cuban style), Pollo a la Cubana (chicken stew with Cuban spices), Yuca con Mojo (yuca marinated in garlic, lime, and olive oil), Arroz Blanco (white rice), Frijoles Negros (black beans), and Pastelitos de Guayaba (guava pastries). There is no need to choose your menu option when you sign up; you will get to try all of these Cuban foods!
