Can your diet actually affect your appearance? They say, 'you are what you eat,' but can your diet really make you look younger and strengthen your hair and nails? Let's explore some myths and truths about the connection between diet and beauty. You’ll walk away with a plan for a better you! I’ll provide handouts, please bring your pen to take notes.

LOCATION: SpacesCabo office Plaza Rodrigo, Botet 1, Door 1, (near Federal Cafe). Up one flight of stairs, there is no elevator.
TIME TO MEET: Arrive at 15:45 – we’ll start promptly at 16:00: ¾ hour presentation with time for your questions and answers.
COSTS: €7 per person. ALL class fees are donated directly to the charities supported by the IWCV.
