Creative Journaling

This is a four-session event. Please note the dates of all sessions when you register.

In a fun and relaxed atmosphere, we combine collage, marker, crayon, and color pencils to create journals, adding texture and form to the work. Journals are spaces for practice, visioning, remembering, and “thinking” in pictures.  I’ll provide a variety of prompts (poetry, a sentence, question, music, etc) and you can incorporate words, materials and drawings onto the page. You don’t have to be a writer or artist! These classes are about tapping into our own creativity, enjoying the process and sharing with new friends.

Journal paper and art materials will be provided.

I am a visual artist and English Language tutor. In the United States I taught primary school for over seventeen years and have led Journaling workshops for adults and children. I focus on play, experimentation, and curiosity as we create journals that combine words and images.

LOCATION: Cathy Cleaver’s beautiful home at Avenida del Oeste 38 #1.
