Chicas de Libros - New Book Club

Do you love reading as much as I do? Then let's get together to read some great books and discuss! Once the group forms, we can decide together on the format of the meetings, how we want to choose books, etc.

For this first meeting, I've taken the liberty of choosing the book Homeland by Fernando Aramburu. It's the basis of the HBO miniseries Patria, which was named "one of the best TV shows of 2020" by the New York Times. The owner of Book Lovers Valencia gave it two thumbs up! The book is available at the store but also on Amazon, Kindle, and Audible.

TIME:  6:00 p.m. until we finish the discussion or you’re ready to leave

FREQUENCY:  The second Tuesday of every month.

COST: We will order from the menu, but only cold dishes are available at that time. Please let me know one week in advance if you plan to attend so that I can let the restaurant know how many to expect.

WHO CAN ATTEND: IWC members.  Minimum of two participants;  no maximum.
