Maybe you’ve been burning the candle at both ends, indulging in holiday foods and brews, feeling sluggish and ready for a change. I just typed “detox diets” into my web browser, and was surprised to see over 2 million ‘hits’ for all types of “detox” programs and products, guaranteed to make you lose weight and give you more energy.
