WHAT IS BIODANZA?

Biodanza is a guided movement experience that uses music and simple, expressive movement to foster connection—with yourself and with others. Created by Rolando Toro, it focuses on self-awareness, well-being, and positive interaction in a supportive group setting.

This is not a traditional dance class—there are no steps to learn. Instead, you’ll be guided through a series of movements designed to help you relax, connect, and enjoy the experience of moving to music.

What to Bring: Comfortable clothing and socks
